For re-booking: Travelers with more than 45 days until departure will be permitted to cancel and re-book their confirmed tour services without penalty - less the price of domestic air travel between Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. If the price of the re-booked tour is higher due to seasonal volume, the traveler is responsible for paying the difference. 

This policy does not apply to airfare. Rebooking must be made at the same time that the original tour is canceled. Rebooking must be scheduled for a date selected within 2 years of the original departure date. Bookings may only be canceled and scheduled one time. This policy does not entitle the traveler to a full refund.

 For cancellation: In order to guarantee the best possible experience for our customers, we schedule our tours with a paid reservation system as soon as the booking is made. This ensures our travelers priority for all required accommodations. As such, our cancellation policy reflects our capacity to refund as the departure date approaches. 

1. If a cancellation without a rebooking is made outside of 60 days prior to departure, the traveler is entitled to a 75% refund of the total trip price.

2. If a cancellation without a rebooking is made between 30-60 days prior to departure, the traveler is entitled to a 62.5% refund of the total trip price.

3. If a cancellation without a rebooking is made less than 30 days prior to departure, the traveler is entitled to a 50% refund of the total trip price.
